1. Who we are
All in One Video Tools is a mobile app that helps you download media and edit videos (including compress, trim, mute, and GIF conversion). For privacy questions, contact us at alinooreddine@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
You may share URLs or media links to download content, and you may contact us by email with questions or feedback. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
2.2 Account identifiers
The App may create an anonymous Firebase Authentication account on your device. This generates a unique user ID that is not linked to your name, email, or phone number unless you later choose to connect additional account details (if that feature becomes available).
2.3 Device and usage data
We may collect:
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Anonymous usage events (for example, feature usage and download starts)
- Crash logs and diagnostic data to improve stability
- Approximate performance and configuration data via Firebase Remote Config
2.4 Media and files
Videos and other media you select or download are processed primarily on your device and stored locally in the App’s collection. We do not sell your media files. Download requests may be processed through our backend services to resolve available media options from a link you provide.
2.5 Advertising data
The App shows ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Advertising partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, and interaction data to deliver and measure ads, subject to their own privacy policies and your device settings.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide core features such as downloading, editing, and saving media
- Authenticate anonymous sessions and sync crash reports
- Analyze app performance and improve reliability
- Show relevant advertising and measure ad performance
- Respond to support requests
- Enforce our Terms & Conditions and protect against abuse
4. Third-party services
We use trusted third-party services, including:
- Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Functions)
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for advertising
These providers process data according to their own policies. You can review Google’s privacy information at policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Data storage and retention
Local app data (such as your media collection and preferences) remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Analytics, crash, and advertising data may be retained by our service providers for periods they define. Support emails are retained as needed to respond and keep records of the conversation.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate the App, when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you
- Opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings (for example, Limit Ad Tracking / App Tracking Transparency on iOS, or reset advertising ID on Android)
- Stop data collection by uninstalling the App

9. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
